Your privacy is important to us. We gather certain types of information about our users and we would like to explain you about our information practices and the choices you can make in that respect.

We’ve put together this Privacy Policy to describe our collection, use and disclosure of information from users of our software application, our website(s) and any other services we offer (collectively the “SERVICES”). When using any of our Services you consent to the collection, disclosure and other uses of your information described below. We’re constantly improving things at ipomo, and our Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will not make important changes to the Privacy Policy without providing advance notice of those changes through our Services.

Information Regarding ipomo: All users interact, collaborate and compete by joining or exploring the Rooms. In ipomo, there are 2 types of Rooms - Secured/Private and Social/Public. Like sites on the web, there are Rooms on ipomo and each Room has a unique tag (similar to domain name) to help in search and joining. Users join or explore the rooms using these tags. A Room is always owned by a user called “OWNER”. The “OWNER” has privileges to add, edit, delete, view etc or make a room private or public. A Room could be owned by one or more members. A Private room can be accessed by only those users who have been given permission by the OWNER or its members. A Public room can be accessed by all. All users have permission for viewing, commenting, liking and performing other social interactions. However, the users will not have access to post or edit or delete content (except for few special services like Ask). However, a Room could be private for few users and public for others.
